Tinylittlerobots – We Can Be Stars – Single Review

Following on from their highly successful EP released last year Tinylittlerobots are back with a brand new single titled ‘We Can Be Stars’ and we’re here to tell you why you need to get wrapped up in this track and get behind this hotly tipped up and coming band!….

Following on from the hype generated from the release of their EP, the track comfortably proves the bands place as one to watch this year, with this track being more than worth the wait. We are in love with ‘We Can Be Stars’.

‘We Can Be Stars’ has all the makings of an upbeat feelgood track, opening with a jangly guitar riff adding a dancey lively element to this perfectly pieced together track that leaves you with a positively breezy feeling. The track then drops to lead singer Craig’s mellow vocals over a crisp bass-line which continues throughout the track further adding to it’s feelgood vibes. Building up to the chorus the intros instrumentation comes back in adding to the tracks overall high energy feeling and solidifying the notion that it will be an absolutely brilliant song to see live.

Continuing on to a heavier overall closing of the single we are met with rawer sounding vocals and powerfully pushing instrumentation building the tracks overall energy and closing this just under three minute track, which provides a momentary lapse of time as you get lost in its hipswaying melodies with added elements of a track pushing the heavier end of the overall indie spectrum.

Tinylittlerobots have managed to start the year off with one hell of a track and we cannot wait to see what else they have lined up!
